الملخص الإنجليزي

The current study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in discovering and nurturing the gifted in secondary education in light of the spread of digital education, and to reveal the proposals and obstacles for the school administration to detect and care for the giftedin secondary education in light of the spread of digital education, and to verify the objectives of the Study, the descriptive approach was used as a method For the current Study to describe the phenomenon and analyze it carefully, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are : Given the importance of secondary education and the trend towards employing modem technol-ogies in education, those responsible for setting educational policies must adopt legislation, and develop an effective Strategy for planning, implementation and follow-up to discover and nurture .the gifted, materially and morally.

The results of this Study can contribute to the preparation of special guides for directors of educational districts, school principals and teachers explaining the educational administrative practices .necessary to discover and nurture gifted and talented Students proposed in the Study Leaders and school principals can be educated about the importance of the gifted category and -also- taking care of them in order to take advantage of their potential and employ them properly, by holding training courses to familiarize school principals, principals, and agents to familiarize them with the necessary administrative practices to discover and nurture gifted and talented students.
