The Study aimed to identify Kaizen methodology's level of application to develop performance at Hafr al-Batin Department of Education, in addition to identifying the obstacles that face this application.

The Study also aimed to identify the statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the means of response of the Study sample members about the level of application of the Kaizen methodology in relation to the variables : gender, number of years of service, and job position.

The survey method was used, and the questionnaire was chosen as a tool for data collection.

The Study was applied to a sample of (266) educational supervisors in the Education Department of Hafr Al-Batin city.

Accordingly, the Study reached a set of results among them : that the level of knowledge of the Kaizen methodology for performance development came in a medium degree with an arithmetic mean of (3.28).

Kaizen methodology's level of application for performance development came in a high degree with an arithmetic mean of (3.46) On the other hand, the results of the Study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the Study sample members about the degree of familiarity of the employees of the Education Department .with the Kaizen methodology due to the variable of gender and job position While there were differences due to the variable of experience in favor of the experienced (more than 10 years).

Also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the Study sample members about the degree to which employees of the Education Department apply the Kaizen methodology due to the experience variable.

Moreover, there were differences attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, in addition to differences attributed to job position in favor of department heads.

Finally, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the Study sample members about the obstacles to applying the Kaizen methodology in the educational management processes (planning, organization, control and guidance) due to the variable of job position, which is in favor of the educational supervisors The Study recommended the necessity of educating and training employees of education departments to be aware of the "Kaizen" methodology and the reasons for its failure; to avoid them.

Which helps to effectively implement "Kaizen" practices and remove obstacles in the work environment through the application of "Kaizen" methodology tools.
