What is the situation of oriental thought toward the legislation of the Qur'an? 3.

What are the motivations of orientalists for their wished opinions about (the legislation of the Holy Qur'an)? 4.

What characterized the method of orientalists in their writings on criticism of Islam? 5.

What is the approach of the Holy Qur'an in responding to suspicions? I have adopted the inductive and the descriptive analytical method in this research and concluded with the following findings: 1.

The response to suspicions in general must be based on regulating rules, and follow a scientific method to achieve the intended purpose.2.

The legislation of the Holy Qur'an is steady and does not change, and with this steadiness, it is valid for every time and place.3.

The apparent characteristic of orientalists' study of legislation is their selection of texts and their isolation from the rest of the other texts, in order to serve their ideas and defame Islam as they wish.

The scientific breach appeared in most of orientalists' writings on the legislation of the Qur'an, it was represented in distortion and falsification of facts, and ence of scientific honesty, sometimes amputation of the texts, other times put them in other than their subjects, charging them what is unbearable.
