The subject of satellite broadcasting and the resulting conflict of laws and conflict in international jurisdiction are of great importance at present, This was a logical consequence of increased satellite communications in outer space, And the resulting disputes involving an alien element, disputes of an international character, which necessitates determining the law applicable in this case.

The increase in the number of communications satellites is also offset by the ence of a competent international judicial body to deal with such disputes of an international character, as long as each State uniquely determines the jurisdiction of its courts through what is known as the rules of foreign jurisdiction.

These reasons have led us to divide this research into two topics dealt with in the first section of the concept of satellite broadcasting and means of protection, and we devoted the second section of the provisions of the legislative and judicial dispute of satellite broadcasting.
