The current research aims to: Identify the "effectiveness of a training program based on education with love and the human approach to developing social intelligence among students applying in the College of Education", and to achieve this, the researcher chose a sample from the fourth stage students in / Department of Computer Science / College of Education for Pure Sciences at Thi Qar University, and reached (40) male and female students who were They were chosen randomly from the total number of students of the fourth stage, who numbered (324) students.

As for the research tool, it was represented by a measure of social intelligence to measure the effectiveness of the training program, and verification of honesty and consistency.

The researcher applied the training program in the first semester of the academic year (2018-2019), and after completing the application of the training program, the researcher calculated the final grades of the social intelligence forms and extracted the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation, and by using the T-test for two independent samples that showed the results: The experimental group outperformed The control group in developing social intelligence among applied students, and the researcher concluded the effectiveness of the training program in developing social intelligence among applied students, and recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the adoption of the training program implementation that came out T study to be a practical guide for training applied students.
