this study aims to measure the perspectives of Saudi tweeters toward the entertainment programs of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and to identify the nature of the media discourse of these tweeters and its categories (religious, social, political and economic) through the social media platform Twitter, during the time period from 2016 to 2019, while revealing the significance behind the Statistical differences of the estimated averages of Saudi tweets about these programs on one hand and the evaluation of the current social norms behind these estimated averages on the other hand.

In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive survey approach and the content analysis tool.

While the study sample consisted of (766) tweets from Saudi individuals during the time period mentioned above, the study revealed some results, one of the most important are: The highest percentage of the general attitudes towards the Kingdom’s vision 2030, came out in the year (2018-2019) in favor of economic expressions.

While the political, religious and social expressions were negative in their entirety, the study showed the existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of religious, social and political trends of the year 2016/2017 versus the year 2017/2018 and the year 2018/2019.
