This research is related with the Hadith ofIbn Masoud, contained in the (Al-Saheehain), about the permissibility of killing infallible soulin its three categories.

Its three chapters and demands focuses on theissue of killing the infallible soul, without beingexposed to other types of Assaults, and withoutexpanding in the disagreements between juristsand the inferences of each team.

Rather, the researchwas meant to collect and limit the reasonsfor killing the soul so that it could be an easyreference to look into those reasons in whichthe legislator permitted killing and destroyingthe soul.

This is followed by evidence from theQur'an and Sunnah and the sayings of scholarsin the event of agreement and disagreement, andsometimes interspersed with that is the mentionof the most correct.

The title of this research consists of threechapters: The first chapter: Killing the infallible soul ifit assaults an infallible soul.

The second chapter: Killing the infalliblesoul if it assaults a religiously unmarriageablewoman.

The third topic: Killing whoever gives up hisreligion and be separated from the community.
