The transmission of the family business presents a major challenge, especially for the founding owners.
they find it difficult to bequeath the company to the second generation on several levels.
successors may thus be incompetent, or not motivated to take over the business, or even be in conflict with each other.
the sustainability of the business can therefore be threatened from within the family circle.
here we discuss the case of cevital, which is a company of the Rebrab family.
the founder wants to pass cevital on to his five children and retire permanently from the business of the company.
for this, it has adopted a process that takes into consideration several dimensions, and whose challenge is to maintain the family character of cevital.
الملخص FRE
La transmission de l'entreprise familiale présente un défi majeur, notamment pour les propriétaires fondateurs.
ceux-ci trouvent des difficultés à léguer l'entreprise à la seconde génération sur plusieurs plans.
les successeurs peuvent ainsi être incompétents, ou pas motivés à reprendre l'entreprise, ou même être en conflits entre eux.
la pérennité de l'entreprise peut donc être menacée de l'intérieur même du cercle familial.
nous abordons ici le cas de cevital, qui est une entreprise de la famille Rebrab.
le fondateur veut transmettre cevital à ses cinq enfants et se retirer définitivement des affaires de l'entreprise.
pour cela, il a adopté un processus qui comprend en considération plusieurs dimensions, et dont l'enjeu est de maintenir le caractère familial de cevital.
