إن التحول الديمقراطي عملية متشابكة لما له التفاعلات السياسية خصوصا في المنطقة العربية إذ ارتبط بصيغتي انتقال السلطة أو تغييرها بالكامل، ناهيك عن شروط أخرى مرتبطة بآليات بديلة في هذا التحول و مساراته.
تعد موجة الربيع العربي ما هي إلا أنموذج للتغيير السياسي و التحول نحو دمقرطة الأنظمة الشمولية، يعد ما في مصر و تونس و الجزائر نتيجة طبيعية و حتمية صاحبت التحولات النوعية التي أحدثها الحراك من خلال الشعوب، إن تجربة التغيير السياسي و الحراك الشعبي في كل من تونس و الجزائر في ظل الافتقار للثقافة الديمقراطية الحقيقية و التداول السلمي للسلطة تعدان من التجارب الرائدة، و هذا ما حذانا لتسليط الضوء عليهما.
تعد قوة الحراك الشعبي و احترام المؤسسات لمضامين الدستور و مرجعيته هما حجر الأساس الذي جعل من المجتمع سيد القرار في البلدين، مرت عملية التحول الديمقراطي بعثرات و انتكاسات كثيرة منذ الثمانينيات، لتكلل بالنجاح بطرقها السلمية مما أكسبها تأييد المجتمع الدولي و رضا المؤسسة العسكرية لجانبها.

The democratic transition is an intertwined process due to political interactions, especially in the Arab region, because it is linked to the two forms of transfer of power or complete change, not to mention other conditions linked to the alternative mechanisms of this transformation and of his ways.
the wave of the Arab spring is only a model of political change and evolution towards the democratization of totalitarian regimes.
what is in Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria is a natural and inevitable result that accompanied the qualitative transformations induced by movement across peoples.
the experience of political change and the popular movement both in Tunisia and in Algeria in the face of the absence of a true democratic culture and the peaceful transfer of power are part of the pioneering experiences, and this is what led us to bring them to light.
the strength of the popular movement and the respect by the institutions for the content of the constitution and its reference are the cornerstones that have made society the master of decision-making in both countries.
the process of democratic transformation has known many setbacks and setbacks since the eighties, to be successful in its peaceful ways, which earned it the support of the international community and the approval of the military establishment of its side.

La transition démocratique est un processus imbriqué en raison des interactions politiques, en particulier dans la région Arabe, car elle est liée aux deux formes de transfert de pouvoir ou de changement complet, sans parler d'autres conditions liées aux mécanismes alternatifs de cette transformation et de ses voies.
la vague du printemps Arabe n'est qu'un modèle de changement politique et d'évolution vers la démocratisation des régimes totalitaires.
ce qui est en Egypte, en Tunisie et en Algérie est un résultat naturel et inévitable qui a accompagné les transformations qualitatives induites par le mouvement à travers les peuples.
l'expérience du changement politique et du mouvement populaire tant en tunisie qu'en Algérie face à l'absence d'une véritable culture démocratique et la passation pacifique du pouvoir font partie des expériences pionnières, et c'est ce qui nous a poussés à les mettre en lumière.
la force du mouvement populaire et le respect par les institutions du contenu de la constitution et de sa référence sont les pierres angulaires qui ont fait de la société le maître de la prise de décision dans les deux pays.
le processus de transformation démocratique a connu de nombreux revers et déboires depuis années quatre-vingt, pour être couronnée de succès dans ses voies pacifiques, ce qui lui a valu le soutien de la communauté internationale et l'approbation de l'establishment militaire de son côté.
