في ظل الأوضاع السائدة، و التحديات الاقتصادية الأمنية و الاجتماعية التي تعصف بمجتمعنا، قد لا يولي البعض أهمية كبرى لسياسات تمكين الشباب، على أهميتها.
و في ظل غياب الرؤية المستقبلية في بناء السياسات العامة للدولة، و تحقيق هذه الأهداف ليس بالمهمة السهلة، و لكنها تمثل فرصة تاريخية للمنطقة على رغم التحديات.
و من أجل السير نحو تحقيق هذه الأهداف في العالم العربي، لا خيار لدول و شعوب المنطقة سوى الإشراك الحقيقي و الفعال للشباب.
إنه لمن الطبيعي أن الفئة التي يقع على عاتقها عبء ترسيخ و تحذير مفهوم التنمية المستدامة في مجتمعاتها هي فئة الشباب الذين يكونون همزة الوصل بين ما سوف يتحقق في حاضر الأيام و ما سوف تحلو به قوادمها، و لقد لعب الشباب في الواقع و في أكثر من بلد من بلدان الدول العربية دورا بارزا و مؤثراً في صياغة و بلورة مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة و في إقامة ورش العمل و المنتديات الثقافية الخاصة بالتعريف بها و بمجالاتها و كيفية ترسيخ أبعادها في المجتمع.

In light of the prevailing conditions, and the economic, security and social challenges plaguing our society, some may not attach great importance to youth empowerment policies, despite their importance.
in the absence of a future vision in building the state's general policies, achieving these goals is not an easy task, but it represents a historic opportunity for the region despite the challenges.
in order to move towards achieving these goals in the Arab world, the countries and peoples of the region have no choice but to involve the youth in a real and effective way.
it is natural that the group that bears the burden of consolidating and rooting the concept of sustainable development in their societies is the group of young people who are the link between what will be achieved in the present days and what will emerge from it, and youth have played in reality and in more than one country Arabic plays a prominent and influential role in formulating and crystallizing the concepts of sustainable development and in holding workshops and cultural forums to introduce them and their fields and how to consolidate their dimensions in society.

Dans les conditions qui prévalent et des défis économiques, sécuritaires et sociaux qui affligent notre société, certains peuvent ne pas attacher une grande importance aux politiques d'autonomisation des jeunes, malgré leur importance.
en l'absence d'une vision d'avenir dans la construction des politiques générales de l'état, atteindre ces objectifs n'est pas une tâche facile, mais cela représente une opportunité historique pour la région malgré les défis.
pour avancer vers la réalisation de ces objectifs dans le monde Arabe, les pays et les peuples de la région n'ont d'autre choix que d'impliquer la jeunesse de manière réelle et efficace.
il est naturel que le groupe qui porte le poids de la consolidation et de l'enracinement du concept de développement durable dans leurs sociétés soit le groupe des jeunes qui font le lien entre ce qui sera réalisé aujourd'hui et ce qui en sortira, et les jeunes ont joué dans la réalité et dans plus d'un pays, l'Arabe joue un rôle prépondérant et influent dans la formulation et la cristallisation des concepts de développement durable et dans la tenue d'ateliers et de forums culturels pour les présenter ainsi que leurs domaines et comment consolider leurs dimensions dans la société.
