Algeria's economic policy has been oriented towards a pro-liberal logic which aims to create a dynamic in the labor market.

laws have changed and support for entrepreneurship has been put in place to meet the aspirations of unemployed men and women.

it is just that the measures taken in favor of the female gender are more a matter of social treatment than of a real employment policy.

we attempt to describe the position of female employment in Algeria and address the difficulties women face in matters of entrepreneurship.

in this sense, the research apprehends these female challenges which mainly mention resistance to regulatory and political impacts but above all adaptation to the social and cultural environment.

الملخص FRE

La politique économique de l'Algérie s'est orientée vers une logique pro-libérale qui vise à créer une dynamique sur le marché du travail.

les lois ont changé et un soutien à l'entrepreneuriat a été mis en place pour répondre aux aspirations des hommes et des femmes au chômage.

juste que les mesures prises en faveur du genre féminin relèvent plus d'un traitement social que d'une véritable politique de l'emploi.

nous tentons de décrire la position de l'emploi féminin en Algérie et d'aborder les difficultés auxquels sont confrontées les femmes en matière d'entrepreneuriat.

en ce sens, la recherche appréhende ces défis féminins qui mentionnent majoritairement une résistance aux impacts réglementaires et politiques mais surtout une adaptation à l'environnement social et culturel.
