الملخص EN

This article partially reproduces the results obtained in the framework of a doctoral research on the didactics of intercultural education in Algerian university.

taking into account the works of Pretceille (1996, 2004), Zarate (1986) and Lussier (2007), this research aims to study the cultural profile of students specializing in French as a foreign language enrolled in undergraduate studies in Algerian university.

after discussing the evolution of concepts related to culture and intercultural issues, we examine the cultural knowledge of the students and then we draw up a report on the degree of involvement of teachers in the implementation of cultural or even intercultural dimensions in the classroom in order to arrive at didactic proposals that can strengthen learning cultural facts at the Algerian university.

الملخص FRE

Le présent article reprend partiellement les résultats obtenus dans le cadre d'une recherche doctorale traitant de la didactique de l'interculturel en contexte universitaire algérien.

tenant compte des travaux de Pretceille (1996, 2004), Zarate (1986) et Lussier (2007), cette recherche vise à étudier le profil culturel des étudiants inscrits en licence filière français langue étrangère dans le milieu universitaire Algérien.

après avoir abordé l'évolution des concepts liés à la culture et à la problématique interculturelle, nous examinons les connaissances culturelles des étudiants puis nous dressons un bilan concernant le degré d'implication des enseignants dans la mise en œuvre des dimensions culturelles voire interculturelles en salle de cours en vue d'aboutir à des propositions didactiques pouvant renforcer l'apprentissage des faits culturels dans l'université Algérienne.
