The holy Quran is a discourse that Allah has revealed with a miraculous expression and a dynamic text for all ages, and a better understanding of it, depends on the study of various levels with different tools of research, and such these tools is pragmatics study.

pragmatics science is the knowledge of discovering the meanings and meanings that is done based on the cryptographic analysis of the text and relying on the analysis of the context and the situation of the speaker and the audience.

in this field, various theories have been proposed by theorists ; including the Grise's theory of speech act and conversational implicatures theory, which this article studies the theory of conversational implicatures in speech.

according to Grise, there are implicit rules for success in communication and dialogue, or in other words, the interlocutors for effective communication through language tools is based on the cooperative principle and based on four levels such quantity, quality, relation and manner.

and any violation of these four cases requires other indirect implications.

now, this article intends to examine the violations of the four cooperative principle and the principle of politeness in a descriptive-analytical method, in verses of Surah al-Baqarah, which is dedicated to the dialogue between Moses (PBUH) and his people and god's commands.

the results show that sometimes there are implications of dialogue in the speech of Moses or in conversation with his people.

most of the time, Moses is required to guide them in the principle of cooperation in the conversation, and in cases where the conversation with them is useless, and so that his words are not outside the cooperative principle, he leaves the dialogue and leaves their fate to Allah.

however, the people of Israel, who stubbornly said what they did not have in their hearts, sometimes violate the four principles of conversation in their speeches in order to seek other goals.

this article tries to examine these conversational implications with the help of commentary books and in accordance with the tools of pragmatic analysis of speech based on the context and purpose of the speaker and the audience.
