Islam laid the foundations for constructive dialogue, placing its features and buildings in the finest image, and making of it a purposeful means with rules, etiquette and a message through which it can reach the hearts of others who may be violators of a religion, an orientation and an anti-ideology, and this message can serve the lofty goal that Islam commanded its followers to follow and they are Conversation with others and trying to win them over, whether these others belong to other religions and cultures, in addition to observing this high standard with those who are brothers in religion.

This study attempts to touch the paths of legitimate dialogue that can be a means to win over others, to reach an optimal formula for understanding and agreement on a common ground that serves the parties to this dialogue, and makes the process of disagreement (if any) a kind of beneficial diversity and not a harmful contradiction that leads to failure.

In this study, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, which is the appropriate approach for this type of studies.

The study came out with many results, including: that dialogue and dialogue are the best way to reach the rapprochement of viewpoints, get to know the other opinion and refine ideas, which leads to circumventing the core concept of the controversial issues between the interlocutors.

Constructively with the other to win him over, whether he is stubborn or totally in opposition.

Similarly, dialogue with the other contributes to solving the dialogue crisis that the world is experiencing today in light of religious and sectarian pluralism, with the absence of a methodology of thinking.

Based on these results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations; Including: avoiding fanaticism to the idea or to the matter called for by the interlocutor; Because if this interlocutor has the truth, he must communicate it to others away from personal whims, but his goal is to spread the truth, as well as using good words, while avoiding hurting others by simply putting forward an idea that opposes his idea.
