الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims at recognizing the availability of human engineering factors in learning environments in the Middle Stage Schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers' point of view.

The study sample consisted of ( 593 ) male/ female teachers.

The descriptive survey research approach was used for being the most suitable to achieve the targets of this study.

However, the questionnaire was used for data collection purposes after extracting its psychometric properties ( Validity and Reliability ).

Moreover, results of the study indicated the availability of physical, mental, organizational and environmental engineering factors in the Middle Stage Schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers' point of view to a high degree, the existence of significant differences in the estimations of the study sample individuals for the availability of human engineering factors in learning environments in the Middle Stage Schools in the State of Kuwait due to the variable of gender and the absence of significant differences in the estimations of the study sample individuals for the availability of human engineering factors in learning environments in the Middle Stage Schools in the State of Kuwait due to the variable of academic qualification and years of experience.
