الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة التلعيب بدافعية التعلم لدى طلبة الصف الثامن في منطقة الفروانية في دولة الكويت.

و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام مقياس دافعية التعلم المكون من (40) فقرة إعداد (الصرايرة، 2015)، و تم إعداد و تطبيق برنامج تدريبي قائم على التلعيب، و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة باختبار قبلي و بعدي و تكونت عينة الدراسة (46) طالب تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية.

و توصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى دافعية التعلم لدى طلاب الصف الثامن في منطقة الفروانية في دولة الكويت كان عاليا، و توصلت أيضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في دافعية التعلم تعزى للبرنامج التدريبي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن في منطقة الفروانية في دولة الكويت.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بإقامة ورش تدريبية حول التلعيب و تدريب الهيئات التعليمية في كيفية تطبيقها، و تعميم تطبيق التلعيب على جميع المواد التعليمية و إدخاله في المناهج الدراسية.

الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between gamification and the motivation of learning among eighth grade students in Farwaniya region in the State of Kuwait.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the learning motivation scale ( prepared by Al-Sarayreh, 2015 ) and applied a training program based on gamification.

The motivation scale consisted of ( 40 ) items.

The study sample involved ( 46 ) eighth grade students, who were divided into two groups : a control group and a pilot group.

Each group invloved ( 23 ) students.

The results revealed that the level of motivation of learning among the eighth-grade students in Al Farwaniya region in Kuwait before and after the experiment at a high level.

It also found that there were significant differences at level ( 0.5 ) in learning motivation due to the training program for the pilot group among eighth grade students in Farwaniya region in the State of Kuwait.

The study recommended to establish gamification training workshops and to train the educational institutions on how to apply them, and to circulate the application of gamification on all educational materials and to be involved in the curriculum.

1382805 The study aimed to identify and understand the impact of human resources information systems on the financial performance of Jordanian commercial banks.

The dimensions of human resources information systems were ( human resources planning, job analysis, staffing, management of training and development, motivation and performance evaluation ) were financial performance measured by the rate of return on equity .

The study was applied in the commercial banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during the period ( 2010-2017 ).

Based on the study variables, thirteen commercial banks were selected on the Amman Stock Exchange, The hypothesis of the study was tested through the Statistical Program of Social Sciences ( SPSS ).The most important findings were that there is a positive and substantial impact on the human resources information systems on the financial performance ( return on equity ).

The study recommended that these systems should continue to be strengthened and developed to achieve the objectives of commercial banks with the highest degree of Efficiency and effectiveness.
