In the present article, we analyze the determinants of the diversification strategy of cevital agro-industrie.
the information is collected through semi-directive interviews.
the data were subject to a thematic content analysis.
we concluded that the surplus of resources, the search for economies of scale and transactions, are the main motives of the diversification of cevital in the agro-food industry.

Dans le présent article, nous analysons les déterminants de la stratégie de diversification de cevital agro-industrie.
l’information est collectée par le biais d’entretiens semi-directif.
les données ont fait l’objet d’une analyse de contenu thématique.
nous avons conclu que l’excédent de ressources, la recherche des économies d’envergure et de transaction sont les principaux motifs de la diversification de cevital dans l’industrie agro-alimentaire.
