Corporate coaching is a burgeoning practice; it has taken a preponderant place in the world of companies and corporations, and became a management tool centred, principally, on the efficiency and the communicational and relational aspect.
corporate coaching is a team and employee support in order to optimise their performance to reach a specific objective.
this article aims to show the importance of the coaching approach in companies and corporations, through which the individual and collective potentials emergence will be possible for their development.

Le coaching est une pratique en plein essor, il a pris une place prépondérante dans le monde des entreprises et devenu un outil de management axé, principalement, sur l’efficacité et l’aspect relationnel et communicationnel.
le coaching en entreprise est un accompagnement d’un employé ou d’une équipe dans le but d’optimiser ses performances afin d’atteindre un objectif précis.
le présent article vise à démontrer l’importance de la démarche du coaching dans les entreprises et grâce à laquelle l’émergence des potentiels individuels et collectifs sera possible pour leur développement.
