The aim of the research is to find out what trends students of art education towards the three artistic styles: traditional (Representation), Expression and Formalism, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the use of the (Salkind) measure of artistic preference as a tool for collecting data.

The results of the research resulted that the traditional (Representation) artistic style was the most preferred by participants, the student trends towards the traditional (Representation) artistic style were more positive than their trends towards expressionism and particularly formality, and the research recommended the design of a study in which students' trends towards the student attitudes towards the Formalism style is compared to the Representation style only, and the need to study the phenomenon of the presence of people, and the extent to which it affects the fact that it is the subject of drawing on pupils' attitudes towards a Representation style only.
