The research aims to highlight the value of thinking, emphasize the interest of Islam in scientific thinking, and indicate its importance in all fields of life, especially in this era in which scientific illiteracy has spread, and superstitious thinking has prevailed on not a few sectors of the members of Arab and Islamic societies, and this was not limited to the simple.

And the common people, but rather many educated people, and even some preachers who were dominated by illusions and superstitions, and therefore scientific thinking is no longer a luxury, rather it is the duty of the age and the duty of time, especially in the fields of Da`wah, education, upbringing, and the like.

The study comes in three sections: The first: deals with the concept of thinking and its importance, and its types and patterns, and the second: deals with the concept of scientific thinking and Islam's care for it, and its characteristics, deducing Da`wah applications for each characteristic, and the third: deals with the methodological rules of scientific thinking, and shows how they can be employed in the field of Da`wah.

The researcher concluded that scientific thinking is not limited to scientists alone, it is a purposeful and organized mental activity that includes scientists and others, as well as all kinds of religious and worldly sciences, as he concluded methodological rules on which scientific thinking is based, and can be employed in the field of Da`wah, including: building mentality Scientific studies, strengthening the culture of Sunni thinking, liberating the mind from fanaticism, rigidity, imitation and dependency, seeking useful knowledge with its controls, and adopting the principle of observation and experiment in worldly matters.
