And the necessity of adhering to the essence of the Qur'anic concept, as it contains lessons, lessons, and rulings deduced in the Islamic administration that God has accepted for all mankind.

And the application of what is required from these universal norms so as to make for it standards and indicators of measurement adopted by the leaders of the Islamic advocacy, cultural and civilizational institutions.
