Praise is to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the one who was sent by his Lord as a mercy to the worlds, our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family) and his chosen companions and those who followed him until the Day of Judgment and beyond.

The research dealt with the concept of reform in general through the sources of legislation represented by the Noble Qur'an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, and it shows the status and importance of reform in achieving security for the individual and society, and its role in eliminating problems and dealing with corruption at the level of the individual or at the level of society, Whether on the side of the economy, or Politics thought, culture or education.

God Almighty has perfected his religion, and completed his grace upon the believers by what he revealed of the Noble Qur'an to the seal of the prophets and messengers, Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family) to bring people out of darkness into the light, and guide them to a path God is straight.

And God Almighty has enjoined on people to enjoin good and forbid evil, which in turn leads to reform.

He exalted Himself said: (And do not do mischief on the earth after it has been reformed) (Surat Al-A'raf/56).
