The objective of the research tagged (the efficiency of primary education services in the city of Samarra) is to identify the reality of the state of primary education services and to identify the size of the defect in the efficiency of primary education services in the city.

The research also dealt with the stages of education development in the city of Samarra, as well as the geographical distribution of primary education institutions in the city of Samarra and the efficiency of those institutions and the services they perform and their efficiency for students according to standards of the Ministry of Education, so the research reached a study of the spatial distribution of primary schools, it is noted that they were distributed in a way that is not commensurate with the population density, as well as a clear discrepancy between the standards of the Ministry of Education and the spatial distribution of the numbers of students, people and teachers.

As for the results identified by the researcher, it is the necessity of work to build more school buildings that can contribute to breaking the bottlenecks and double shifts, and the possibility of providing more than one school in the densely populated neighborhoods within the city of Samarra.
