The aim of the current research is to identify: Job well-being among university teachers.

In order to achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the measure of Job well-being of (Abu Bakr and Ahmed, 2020), which has been built according to opinions, theoretical frameworks and previous studies that dealt with the concept of Job well-being such as (Warr, 1987) (Dijkstra et al.

2005), (Giebels & Janssen, 2005), and( Alzahrani, 2013), ( Sonnentag et al, 2013), and (Meier et al, 2014).

The scale is consisted of (31) items, which are divided into three fields: first – working conditions, work environment and job performance, second - salaries, rewards, and supporting allowance, and third - labor relations.

The scale has been applied to a sample of (400) male and female faculty members at the University of Diyala and from both disciplines (scientific- humanities).

The have been chosen by the stratified random method with a proportional method, and the study data were statistically processed using a one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha coefficient.

The results in the research show that the sample have Job well-being compared to the hypothetical average of the scale, and the current research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
