الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims at testing the impact of strategic risks management with its dimensions (Documents and information risks, organizational reputation risk, organizational culture risk, Human resource risk) on the strategic performance and its dimensions (Financial dimension, clients dimension, learn and growth dimension, interior operations dimension, social and environmental dimension) The descriptive analytical approach has been applied in this study and a questionnaire has been used as an instrument for data collecting.

The study population consists of pharmaceutical industry companies in Jordan.

A simple random sample of the study population was taken in accordance with the formula for determining the sample size with a population (240) respondent.

The sampling and analysis unit was adopted from job positions represented by ( Director, deputy director, Director Assistant, Department Director, team leader) 240 questionnaires were distributed and 224 out of which were recovered and they were valid for analysis.

The statistical program SPSS V.25 and the AMOS program were used in data analysis, as a number of statistical methods were adopted in analyzing the study hypotheses.

The most important results is the impact of strategic risk management in its dimensions combined in strategic performance, and the presence of an impact of managing strategic risks in its dimensions in the strategic dynamic capabilities, in addition to the presence of an effect of strategic dynamic capabilities in strategic performance, as it was found that there is an effect of strategic risk management in performance The strategic presence of strategic dynamic capabilities.

Recommendations, first: an immediate program of procedures that includes implementation of training programs for employees jointly between companies operating in the sector, second: A long-term strategy for the skills required for the sector, by guiding stakeholders on work at the national and sector levels on skills In this sector through the formation of a council or a network of representatives of employers and workers in the sector, and of the ministers and institutions concerned, and also includes representatives of relevant education service providers at the level of university education and technical and vocational training.

Third: The necessity of enhancing the role of strategic risk management, due to its effect in raising the strategic performance of the company.
