The process of development and renewal and keeping pace with the rapid progress in the education sector in general in Iraq has become an imperative in order to achieve greater effectiveness and the desired effect for the development of society and to achieve sustainable development for all its members by keeping pace with the continuous developments and developments in the fields of technological techniques and modern methods of learning and knowledge, especially after the conditions of Corona pandemic.

Higher education today in Iraq faces many challenges in the era of globalization and the rapid and successive changes that have clear repercussions on the educational process, especially with regard to the field of reforming the infrastructure of higher education and its development in light of the information and technical revolution that has become a prominent feature of our present time after the spread of a pandemic.

Corona virus, which requires attention and focus on the human element (professor and student) and their development according to those challenges and developments, as they are the most effective element to deal with these means and variables with high efficiency in the present and the future.

And the use of modern communication technology applications in teaching and learning in Iraq and other countries is of great importance in developing the educational process in universities and schools, as it increases interaction between students on the one hand and interaction with the scientific material provided by the teacher on the other hand, through exchanging information and understanding it easily.

As a result of using modern technological means and methods to present the scientific material to students without the need to be in the same place or inside the classroom as is the case in the traditional method of education, it also facilitated the process of communication between the students themselves on the one hand and the teacher on the other hand.

There are many technological means that It has been used to integrate technology into education, starting with the use of personal computers, smart phones, the Internet, various social media, digital platforms and other modern technologies.

Our tagged research (the use of infographics and social networking sites in developing the educational process in light of the Corona pandemic) deals with a field study on a sample of professors from the universities of Baghdad and Thi-Qar, by answering the main question: How important is the use of infographics and social networking sites in Iraqi educational institutions and its impact on the development of the educational process in light of the spread of the Corona virus pandemic.
