الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of this study is to investigate the collective juristic rules for Al-Kassani through ( the two books purity and praying ) in his book Badaa Al-Sanaa, an attempt to root the collective juristic science and to differentiate it from other sciences similar to it such as juristic rules and principles of Fiqh and to emphasize that it is an independent science that has not been fully researched and written about except for a few studies which I mentioned and other contemporary ones that have not been tackled by earlier jurists.

The study came up with many findings and recommendations, the most prominent among them are : Al -Kassani, God bless him, had a unique method in the documentation of his book Badaa Al-Sanaa which was approximately close to the approach that contemporary jurists are trying to approach, in facilitating Al-Fiqh and classifying it.

Moreover, he had a special approach in formulating the juristic collectives that surpassed Al- Hanafiah jurists where he used these collectives as inference which means he adopts the idea of its validity in order to be considerable evidence if it agrees with the text.

This shows that this kind of science was known for the jurists even though they did not consider it as an independent science.
