The research aims to identify the extent of the success of the application of technological vigilance in e-learning with statistical significance in the response of the members of a research sample represented by the teachers of the College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul.

The urgent need to adopt e-education to confront the crisis caused by the Corona pandemic (covid-19), and here we ask what is the role of technological vigilance and its impact on the success of e-learning in the research organization, as (94) forms were distributed and the data were analyzed using the (SPSS V-23) program.

And testing the research hypotheses, and the research concluded that there is a significant correlation between technological vigilance and e-learning in the researched organization, and one of the most important conclusions reached by the research is that the human resource in the organization has good technical capabilities in the success of e-learning despite the sudden transition to it, and the research presented Suggestions from them The idea of enhancing technological vigilance should be an integral part of the ideas of senior management in the College of Administration and Economics, an approach and Implicitly, there must also be a sufficient desire to achieve this, so that the organization becomes proactive with regard to technological developments and their monitoring
