The nature of wars has changed due to the changes in the international system, from wars between states to wars within states, as a result of the national, religious, and ethnic compositions that make up states to serve as instruments of sustainable conflict and annihilation of humanity if a successful strategy is not built to combat extremism, hatred, and peace-building.

Peace-building is a comprehensive strategy in which states not only contribute, but are contributed by non-state actors such as international organizations, religious institutions, and the media to focus all these forces on their course of action and role, leading to a change in the collective thinking of society, combating extremism and building peace, and highlighting the research problem that whether diplomacy by international organizations, clerics and the media will be effective in building peace in multiple societies or not? .

To answer this central question, the inductive approach was relied upon, and the research reached the following recommendations: 1- The work of international organizations should be transparent and fair and provide real financial support to all affected groups, and their efforts should be focused on basic services - water, electricity, health, education - capable of achieving post-conflict stability to bring displaced human forces back to their home country.2- Legislation of a law that holds accountable the various community forces that fuel the conflict and apply it equally from top to bottom and vice versa.3- The clergy should work to review the religious heritage, which is contrary to the principles of the tolerant religion, to meet with common literature that leads to the strengthening of human brotherhood and coexistence, and to establish forums for dialogue.

4- Legislation of law to monitor the media and its programs that focus on aspects of discrimination.5- Banning the appearance of media figures that lead to sedition and societal conflicts
