From the foregoing, this research aims to shed light on the responsibility of the distributor as an essential element in the process of transporting goods and products until they reach the consumer, which is the distributor By dividing the research into two main topics, the first of which discusses the basis of the distributor's responsibility to ensure product defects and the conditions for establishing this responsibility, While the second section of this research sheds light on the legal nature of the distributor's responsibility, And the position of comparative laws from them, in addition to cases of exemption from them in accordance with the law.
