الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to examine the United States relations with Egypt and Morocco during the era of President Barack Obama and beyond, from 2008 to 2017.The United States has worked to strengthen its relations with the North African countries and to sustain them for a long time.

The North African region is considered to be a strategic ally to the United States, in the context of a US-European competition, which is in line with the reality of the common interest between the United States and North African countries, especially Egypt and Morocco.

The study was based on the historical approach,to follow up the development of the United States and north Afirca reajan on the use of historical information and events.

It also analyzes the historical aspects of the study's subject to determine the role of this historical factor in understanding the purpose of the study.

The analytical descriptive approach also been used to describe and analyze the nature of US relations with these countries.

The study also employed the theory of national interest, theory of decision-making and theory of analysis of the international system in international relations.

The study concluded that US relations with Egypt and Morocco are strategic relations governed by common interests.
