الملخص الإنجليزي

The study consisted of three chapters dealing with methods of student construction and its study through the analytical descriptive approach, in order to reach the most prominent structural methods used in the prophetic traditions and the rhetorical meanings that these methods came out of.

The rhetorical effect of these methods in the prophetic statement.

The second chapter was entitled: The method of questioning in the hadiths of the Mayor of the Judgments, this chapter includes a definition of the method of questioning and its tools and the rhetorical meanings that come to it, followed by a study of the method of questioning in the conversations of the Mayor of the Judgments.

In the third chapter, which was entitled: Method of appeal and prohibition in the conversations of the mayor of the judgments study rhetorical, was studied the method of appeal and the method of prohibition, and combined in a single chapter of the lack of modern article used these two methods.
