الملخص الإنجليزي

The objective of this study is to identify and explain the impact of governmental fiscal policies on the profitability of the Industrial Jordanian public shareholding companies during the period of ( 2008-2016 ) by measuring the impact of fiscal policies on the profitability of companies mentioned.

The study used the method of collecting detailed data related to the dimensions of fiscal policies from the Jordanian Ministry of Finance and data related to the dimenssions of profitability of industrial companies from the Amman Stock Exchange.

Appropriate financial and statistical analysis methods have been used to test hypotheses and achieve the objectives of the study.

The most important result found is about existing an impact of fiscal policies on the profitability of industrial companies.

Some recommendations have been made, the most important one was the need to create a collaboration between Ministry of Finance and Industry sector in modifying any of Ministry of Finance fiscal policies to help decision makers in focusing on necessary measures and procedures and paying attention to variables that have a greater impact on the profitability of companies.
