الملخص الإنجليزي

This study discusses the subject of the rental right element in the store where it provided an extensive explanation of the concept of this element and its role as an important component of the shop.

This element is important in clarifying the rights of the merchant and his ability to make optimal use of this store without prejudice to the landlord's rights., And then talked about the store and its concept and characteristics, and elements of it, and finally dealt with the behavior that may be received on this store ( sale - lease - to provide a stake in a company ), based on a rented property and the extent of freedom to apply these actions under the element of the right of lease granted to the store owner, Points of convergence and difference in this To the issue between the Jordanian and Syrian legislatures.

1402883 ---------- This study aimed to identifying the impact of electronic commerce applications represented by ( electronic payment, electronic marketing, electronic customer service ) on the financial performance in commercial banks in the southern governorates of Jordan.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach in order to demonstrate the concepts relating to the study topic, analyze them and conclude the results.

The study sample consisted of ( 131 ) managers as well as heads of departments in the commercial banks operating in the southern governorates of Jordan.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher designed a questionnaire in order to collect the primary data from the study sample individuals.

In the light of that, the researcher collected the required data, analyzed them and tested the hypotheses using SPSS.

The study concluded that the overall mean for the responses of the study sample individuals to the items measuring the variable of e-commerce application was high with about ( 3.74 ).

The dimension of electronic marketing was in the first place, followed by electronic customer service, while the dimension of electronic payment was in the third and last rank.

Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of expanding the use of electronic commerce applications, coping with the development in these applications due to their importance and positive impact in the performance of Jordanian commercial banks as well as providing the specialized and intensive training programs for the employees working in the Jordanian commercial banks in order to achieve the correct usage of these applications and transfer their experiences to customers.
