The study aimed to identify the patterns of organizational conflict management among middle school principals in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers, indicating the morale of teachers from their point of view, the correlative relationship between the patterns of organizational conflict management among school principals and the level of morale among teachers.

A sample was developed and the descriptive method was developed.

The sample was selected in a simple random way.

It consisted of (687) teachers.

The study found degree of the patterns of organizational conflict management among middle school principals in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers was highly, the fields come at this arrangement (The competitive pattern, the settlement pattern, the cooperative pattern, the descending pattern, and the regression pattern).

There were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample in the areas of organizational conflict management patterns (The cooperative mode, the regression pattern, the descending pattern, and the tool as a whole) due to the gender variable.

The differences were in favor of the teachers.

No significant differences were found in the competitive mode, And the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of scientific qualification and experience.

The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the field of competitive mode.

The results showed that the teachers' morale was high from their point of view and that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members to the moral level of the teachers from their point of view due to the effect of the variable gender The differences were in favor of teachers, and there were no statistically significant differences in due to the effect of the variables of scientific qualification and experience and the existence of a positive correlation between the areas of organizational conflict management patterns among school principals and the level of morale in Teachers.

Based on the findings of the researcher, it is recommended to hold training courses for school principals in order to acquaint them with the patterns of conflict management and impart the necessary skills to practice them, because they are of great importance in developing the teachers' performance and deepening their organizational loyalty and spirit.
