The Moroccan public administration is experiencing a set of structural imbalances that prevent it from playing its role in sustainable and global development.

In order to overcome these problems, the Moroccan State has worked for some time and in stages to crystallize a set of reforms, introducing changes, in order to keep pace with internal and external developments, to adapt to the conditions of attractive investment, be more modern, and meet the needs and demands of citizens.

The most important changes for the moralization of the public administration are: adoption of modern approaches, mechanisms, tools and means, which are the pillar of its advancement, such as the mandatory declaration of ownership and the announcement of the central authority for the prevention of corruption, also the moralization of public and political life, through political parties and civil associations, to simplify procedures and administrative procedures, and to make Moroccan public administration more open to public services and citizens.
