This article will attempt to go in two directions by addressing the judicial experience through two basic demands, one that seeks to determine the importance of openness between the legal sciences and the social sciences, including sociology in particular, and to consider the study of the judicial experience of those sciences, with the necessities of openness necessitating methodological precautions, judicial expertise, as an urgent need, provides assistance without delegation of authority that is accurate, clear, impartial and objective.

as for the second requirement of this article, it will move towards revealing the relationship between judicial experience and the law through science and the contribution of this interactive relationship to the modernization of institutions and societies.

which enhances the effectiveness in the placement of laws, as the latter cannot be modern except to the extent that it opens up to science through experience.
