Our study aims to reveal the impact of social stigma on women's health and psychological hardness within the habits of Algerian society and its social and professional transformations.

(Divorce, obesity and spinsterhood.) It was conducted with (03) cases of working women, their ages ranged between 27 and 49 years.

We used the interview and observation for a solitary diagnosis of the case and adopted a set of questions.

Reading and analyzing the data showed that social stigma has deep cultural, historical and human roots.

And many facets.

It may represent a source of accumulated negative psychological experiences and pressures, shocking to the point of collapse.

It may represent the psychological hardness and the woman's ability to adapt and self-sustainment and positive psychological in harmony with the lived reality.

It gives it the spirit of challenge, leadership, resistance, patience and daring, as demonstrated by the results of previous and subsequent studies.
