This intervention seeks to shed light on linguistics; Which occupies a large space in our Arab reality, whether in terms of theoretical or applied experience, but we note that the actual application of criminal linguistics from the side of achieving judicial justice still complains of a deficiency, and this is perhaps due to the absence of that comprehensive vision about linguistic theories of investigators and even judges and the extent of their contribution In reaching the truth, one of the most important fundamental issues in the field of criminal linguistics is linguistic fingerprints, where language plays an important role in the legal and criminal aspect, from an analytical and linguistic point of view that helps in deciphering the codes of various crimes .

From this point of view, we decided to shed light on criminal linguistics through the issue of linguistic evidence and its central role in forensic linguistic analysis.
