The Arbaeen pilgrimage has an important role in mobilizing the masses -especially young people- for the noble goals that Imam Al-Hussein "peace be upon him" represented and rise for, as they attract a very large category of youth, and work to motivate their energies and to revolutionize their ideas, and then give them an extra vitality that makes them more hopeful for life and more desirable to development, progress, production and innovation, which we observe among the large masses of youth that roam the holy city of Karbala, and contribute to various intellectual, cultural and service activities, stemming from the youth's complete conviction that serving man is their first goal.

They work to encourage them to cultural awareness, and stimulate cultural work in universities, institutes, and other student entities, as well as taking advantage of social media, to transmit youthful enthusiasm and the values of ethical structure and authentic beliefs to others, and encourage human giving in order to build the spirit of sacrifice and solidarity, especially in the field of servicing Imam Hussain's pilgrims, in addition to holding youth conferences and forums for development, progress, and building civilized responsibility.
