This research is an investigation and study of the manuscript of dinars, amounts and others by Mirza Qadhi bin Kashif al-Din (1089 AH).

This manuscript has been divided by the author into twelve chapters and thirty paragraph, in which he dealt with weights and measures as well as money.

The manuscript included adequate information and a detailed explanation that indicates extensive scientific knowledge and great ability in presenting scientific material and discussing the opinions of scholars and scientists in it.

Indeed, the realization of this manuscript contributes to supplementing the library of Islamic economic studies with a new addition.

Because the manuscript contained important and valuable information and a distinguished presentation of the opinions of scholars on the economic issues that it dealt with.

We have compared the manuscript with another copy in the Iranian Shura Council Library No.

) After that, we extracted and attributed the narrations or opinions mentioned in the manuscript by referring them to their original sources, and we used for this work, a large group of books of hadith, jurisprudence and books of men that helped us document the information contained in the manuscript.
