This research deals with a vital and obscure aspect of the artistic history of the Arbefore Islam, that side accompanied their artistic career in glee and singing and the accompanying percussion, pneumatic and stringed instruments, the aspect that left its clear imprint on their overall social, religious and cultural issues.

That stage of their long history produced an artistic culture that was no less than the cultures of neighboring nations and civilizations, which some Western historians like to accuse as an ignorant history is of cultural civilization and its lack of the arts and instruments of singing.

So this topic was chosen to record the full artistic presence of the Arbefore Islam, and refute these allegations in detail, and that they were not less than others in that field.

As there was no independent academic study dealing with all the diaspora of this topic and covering that vital area of The history of our Arab nation before Islam, so I was keen to choose the topic to carry out this task, so this research came under the title (The singing Musical Instruments of the ArBefore Islam), and after collecting the materials by dividing them into three chapters.

Chapter One Preface and Introduction then the conclusion comes at the end of the research.

In the preface, I dealt with a historical overview of the musical instruments of the Arbefore Islam.

In the first chapter, I wrote about percussion instruments, and in the second chapter, I talked about wind instruments, in the last chapter, I wrote about stringed musical instruments.

I hope that I have succeeded in drawing a clear picture of a historical period characterized by being an important artistic and cultural history of the Arbefore Islam.
