The study aimed to find out the level of rotation of the leadership elite within the Fateh movement.

The study attempted to discuss its topic through four main indicators: discipline and commitment in Fateh movement, political recruitment of the leading elite of Fateh movement, tasks and competencies of the leading elite of the Fateh movement, and rotation of the leading elite within Fateh movement.

The study used the analytical descriptive approach and the content analysis approach.

The study concluded that the Fateh movement practiced democratic elections in the political recruitment of its leading elite through elections in the movement’s conferences at all levels.

However, this practice has suffered from the absence of periodic elections, as stipulated in the movement’s bylaws, that the Fateh movement has succeeded to some extent in implementing the tasks and competencies of its leading elite.

Yet, the focus of these specializations is in the hands of the movement’s president and some members of the movement’s central committee.

Hence, the turnover rate of the leading elite within the movement needs an organized periodic election as well as internal reforms that the movement undertakes based on its internal regime.
