This study aimed to identify the reality of competitive superiority among national pharmaceutical companies in the Gaza Strip.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach in order to achieve the objectives of the study.

The researcher used the questionnaire as a main instrument in collecting data in a random sample method, the questionnaire was prepared to measure the effectiveness and level of competitive superiority of the national pharmaceutical companies in Gaza Strip from the standpoint of pharmacists working in private pharmacies in the Gaza Strip.

The questionnaire consisted of 51 paragraphs, (450), then it was distributed and (374) questionnaires were valid for analysis with (83.11%).

The questionnaire was analyzed and the study hypotheses were tested by the SPSS statistical program.

The results showed that vel of companies practice to competitive superiority is high, therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

"The pharmaceutical companies practice competitive superiority at a high level." It was found that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of pharmacists surveyed to the degree and level of exercise of the competitive superiority of national pharmaceutical companies due to (gender, educational qualification, years of work, age, residential area, most companies most national companies deal).
