"This study aimed at identifying the values of some kinematic variables in the shuttle run test (4 × 10 m) in different ways to warm up, as well as to identify the differences in those values depending on the warm-up method used.

To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample of female students (n = 10) participating in the King Abdullah II Fitness Award for the year 2017/2018 in the age group (11) years.
