The research problem is based on showing the effect that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) has been done in organizing society on a solid ethical base by showing the dimensions of linguistic policy and the nature of its use in the manner that understood by both educated and unconscious people, and its relationship to the) 526linguistic competence that alludes to those who possess the meaning of language, and the approach adopted by the Imam (peace be upon him) in his speech to the public.

The research relied on the problems that contribute to the multiplicity of styles which are a branch of the linguistic policy, and this is showed up in the speech of Imam Ali combined with uniqe language.

A cosmic equation based on positive and negative, and the transformation of people from negative ( bad) to positive (good); to become ready for its launch in the universe, and its arrival to the highest levels of perfection which God Almighty wanted to His servants whom He created in the best of calendars, starting with the correction of the soul between its sides to establish a suitable ground for the individual and society alike and contain them, and this can only be through the struggle of the powers of the soul, then victory for one of them upon the other in the way of persuasion and compromise.
