الملخص العربي

تناولت الدراسة مشكلة قصور الوعي البيئي بجوانبه المختلفة لدي المواطن الأردني، و من الطبيعي أن الدولة الأردنية قد عنيت بشؤون البيئة و جاء في كتب التكليف للحكومات المتعاقبة بضرورة وضع هذا الموضوع على مسلم الأولويات اذ ورد بكتاب التكليف السامي الأول للدولة التي شكلت في 4 آذار 1999 ...

إن البيئة الإنسانية تتعرض للاعتداء و هي بحاجة إلى عناية خاصة تضمن تفعيل التشريعات وتطويرها و توفير الكفاءات المتخصصة القادرة على العمل الميداني الجاد وتفعيل مبدا التعاون بين جميع المؤسسات و لتفعيل ذلك أفردت الحكومة في أجندتها اعداد قانون رقم 16 لسنة 2020 باسم القانون الإداري لإدارة النفايات (الجريدة الرسمية، العدد 1318، 2020)، عملت الدراسة على بيان دور الملصق في معالجة مشكلة قصور الوعي البيئي بجوانبه المعرفية و القيمية.

و أبرزت الدراسة الحالية أهمية التصميم الجرافيكي في اخراج الملصق الإعلاني، حيث اتضحت مشكلة الدراسة في افتقار حملات التوعية الجرافيكية لتصميم ملصق بيئي توعوي تتوفر به شروط تصميم الملصق الجيد من حيث توزيع الجيد لعناصره، و تكمن المشكلة في قلة الملصقات الإرشادية لموضوع الوعي البيئي ذات مستوى وجودة عالية من ناحيتي الشكل المضمون و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث استخدمت و استبانة لجمع البيانات و من ثم تحليلها احصائياً وفق الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) بعد إجراءات التحقق من الأداة و قياس صدقها وثباتها بالطرق العلمية المتداولة، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على ستة مناطق من مدينة عمان (وسط المدينة"، منطقة و هي العبدلي، و منطقة المدينة، و منطقة اليرموك، و منطقة بسمان، و منطقة رأس العين و منطقة زهران).

بأخذ عينة عشوائية مكونة من (305) تم استبعاد (خمسة) استبانات من العينة لعدم تحقيقها الشروط المطلوبة.

و قد قام الباحث بعمل تجربة عملية في تصميم (ثمانية ملصقات التزم فيها بتطبيق القواعد التصميمة اضافة إلى مقاربة تصميمة مع مجموعة ملصقات قامت على تنفيذها أمانة عمان الكبرى.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج وتوصيات أهمها : • مساهمة الملصقات التي تقدمها أمانة عمان في حل مشكلة النفايات بالأردن مساهمة محدودة.

و لا تفي في زيادة درجة الوعي تجاه ماهية التلوث البيئي.

• ان ملصقات التوعية البيئية المستخدمة لا تتسم بالوضوح و المنطقية و الرسوم و الاشكال المستخدمة لا تتلائم مع أهداف التوعوية المطلوبة.

• ضرورة مراجعة اجراءات معالجة مشكلة قصور الوعي البيئي بجوانبه المعرفية و القيمية و السلوكية من أجل قياس درجة تطبيق معايير تصميم الملصقات و الاستفادة منها في مناطق العاصمة.

• الدعوة إلى مزيد من الاهتمام بنشر ملصقات التوعية البيئية.

• الاهتمام بتصاميم ملصقات التوعية البيئية الخاصة بمشكلة النفايات في الأردن، من حيث الشكل و المضمون بطريقة تسهم في سهولة استيعاب و تذكر مفردات الملصق.

• نشر ملصقات التوعية البيئية في كافة محافظات المملكة و عدم اقتصارها على العاصمة.

• تشكيل لجان شبابية تابعة لمؤسسات المجتمع المحلي من أجل نشر ملصقات التوعية البيئية في القرى و الاحياء النائية.

• إجراء دراسات مستقبلية على مناطق مختلفة في مدن المملكه من اجل التعرف على مستوى الوعي البيئي أفراد المجتمع.

The study dealt with the problem of insufficient environmental awareness in its various aspects among the Jordanian citizen, and it is natural that the Jordanian state has taken care of environmental affairs and it has been mentioned in the books of assignment to successive governments that this issue should be placed on the top of priorities, as it was mentioned in the first high commissioning book for the state that was formed on March 4, 1999 (...

The humanitarian environment is under attack, and it needs special attention to ensure the activation and development of legislation, the provision of specialized competencies capable of serious field work and the activation of the principle of cooperation between all institutions.

To activate this, the government has allocated in its agenda the preparation of Law No.

16 of 2020 In the name of the Administrative Law on Waste Management (Official Gazette, Issue 131,2020), the study sought to clarify the poster’s role in addressing the problem of insufficient environmental awareness in its cognitive and value aspects.

The current study highlighted the importance of graphic design in producing the advertising poster, as the problem of the study became clear in The lack of graphic awareness campaigns to design an environmental awareness poster that meets the conditions for a good poster design in terms of the good distribution of its elements, and the problem lies in the lack of informative posters for the topic of environmental awareness with a level And high quality in terms of form and content, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, whereby a questionnaire was used to collect data and then statistically analyze it according to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) after the procedures for verifying the tool and measuring its validity and reliability using the scientific methods in circulation The study was applied to six areas of the city of Amman (the city center, which is the Abdali area, the Medina area, the Yarmouk area, the Basman area, the Ras Al-Ain area and the Zahran area).

By taking a random sample of (305), (five) questionnaires were excluded from the sample because they did not fulfill the required conditions.

The researcher conducted a practical experiment in designing (eight) posters in which he committed himself to applying the design rules in addition to a design approach with a group of posters that was implemented by the Greater Amman Municipality.

The study concluded with several results and recommendations, the most important of which are: The contribution of posters provided by the Amman Municipality to solving the waste problem in Jordan is limited.

It is not sufficient to increase awareness of the nature of environmental pollution.

- The environmental awareness posters used are not clear and logical, and the drawings and shapes used are not compatible with the required awareness goals.

- The necessity of reviewing the procedures for dealing with the problem of insufficient environmental awareness in its cognitive, value and behavioral aspects in order to measure the degree of application of standards for designing posters and using them in the regions of the capital.

- Calling for more attention to publishing environmental awareness posters.

Paying attention to the designs of posters for environmental awareness of the waste problem in Jordan, in terms of form and content, in a way that contributes to the ease of comprehending and remembering the poster vocabulary.

Spreading environmental awareness posters in all governorates of the Kingdom and not limiting it to the capital.

Forming youth committees affiliated with local community organizations to spread environmental awareness posters in remote villages and neighborhoods.

- Conducting future studies on different regions in the cities of the Kingdom in order to identify the level of environmental awareness of community members.
