The title of the research : consensus in jurisprudence issues, a fundamental and applied study through the decisions of the fiqh councils and sharia bodies.

subject of the study : an overview and guidance of the jurisprudential issues that the contemporary jurists did not differ in their ruling.

research methodology : descriptive and analytical.

the main sections of the research: the research was divided into an introduction and preface, seven topics, and a conclusion, where i knew consensus and jurisprudential calamities, and mentioned the terms of consensus, and showed the occurrence of consensus after the era of the companions, may god be pleased with them, and the agreement of the most and is it considered consensus? with the statement of collective diligence, and is it considered consensus? then i studied the emerging jurisprudential issues that the contemporary jurists did not differ in their judgment through the decisions of the fiqh councils and sharia bodies, then concluded with a conclusion in which i showed the most prominent results.

research objectives : this research aims: to indicate the status of consensus among legal evidences, to know the importance of collective ijtihad, and to show the occurrence of consensus in calamities, with the study of consensus in calamities and jurisprudential developments through the decisions of the jurisprudential councils and legal bodies.

the most prominent results of the research : the most prominent results of the research are summarized as follows : that the jurisprudence of the calamities is: knowledge of the events that need a legal ruling, and that the ranks of consensus vary according to different expressions, and that the consensus of the people of each age is an argument, and that the agreement of most is not unanimous, and that the extinction of the age is not a condition the meeting of consensus, and that collective diligence if there is a contradiction to it from one of the mujtahids; it is not considered consensus, and it is closer to the right thing, and that consensus in this age is possible if it is undertaken.
