The research aims to indicate the provisions of the breach of the quarantine decision imposed on individuals with infectious disease, or suspected of injury, in terms of showing what quarantine is.

Clarifying images of disruptive behavior, and the penalties for the breach, and the competent authorities to impose the punishment, by reviewing the provisions of the Saudi ruling regime in the matter.

Comparing them to the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence and the rules of sharia policy, and highlights the importance of research on the need to protect the stability of the public health system in the country.

Therefore the title of the research was: (Breach of the quarantine provisions on individuals in the Saudi regime - comparative root study).

The research relied on the approach of extrapolation, inference and rooting from the original sources of the subject.

The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which are; the legitimacy of individuals quarantine as a system, a protection of public health, and the legitimacy of punishing violators of its provisions, as stated in its recommendations the importance of issuing an independent regulation on the regulation of quarantine provisions imposed on individuals.
