The study aims to clarify the role played by the Six Sigma methodology according to the (DMAIC) model, in achieving the criteria of the European Discrimination Model (EFQM) in the Mosul Municipality Directorate according to the point of view of its administrative leaders, as the study problem raised many questions that dealt with the nature of the relationship and influence between the study variables and in the light of These questions are the formula of three main hypotheses that explain the correlation and influence relations between the variables of the study, and in the light of which the hypothesis of the study was developed that illustrates this.

To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (48) people from the administrative leaders working in the directorate.

There is a statistically significant correlation and effect between the Six Sigma methodology according to the (DMAIC) model and the criteria of the European Discrimination Model.
